1. Booking and Payment

      • All bookings for Events must be made through our website (seatalatable.com) or via an authorized booking platform.
      • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation, unless otherwise stated.
      • Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes and fees, unless otherwise specified.
      • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.
      • Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email. Please ensure your contact information is accurate.

You are responsible for arranging any financial transactions related to the ticket transfer.
      • By Us: Seat at the Table reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an Event due to insufficient bookings, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions). In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
      • No refunds will be provided for no-shows or late arrivals.

3. Event Changes

      • Failure to disclose dietary or accessibility needs may result in an inability to participate in certain aspects of the Event, with no refund provided.

      • You agree to behave respectfully toward other participants, staff, and venues during Events. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the Event without a refund.
      • Some Events may involve alcohol. You must be 21 or older to consume alcohol and may be required to show ID. Excessive consumption may result in removal from the Event.
      • You are responsible for your personal belongings. Seat at the Table is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
