An Epicurean Adventure by Seat at the Table
Four nights. Two legendary houses. A private journey into the world of Champagne.
This is not a tour. It is not a group trip. It is a carefully choreographed immersion into French art de vivre, created for those who already understand that Champagne is not a drink. It is a language.
We begin in Paris, behind velvet curtains and candlelight. We end among vines and vaulted cellars in Champagne, where the world’s most celebrated bottles are born. Between the two: private transfers, rare cuvées, long lunches, intimate dinners and the sort of access that cannot be booked online.
Extremely limited number of places available.
The Experience
Night One
Paris – Maison Souquet
Our adventure opens at the spectacular Maison Souquet, a jewel-box 5 star hotel in Montmartre known for its opulence and discretion.
Check into your private room before joining your fellow guests for a welcome evening curated by SATT. Expect exceptional Champagne, considered bites, and a tone set for the days ahead. The atmosphere is intimate, elegant and deliberately unhurried.
Tonight is about arrival. About stepping out of the everyday and into something more rarefied.
Days Two to Four
Champagne – Château Living
The morning will be filled with a hand curated tour of some of the most and exclusive spaces in Paris.
We then arrive at arguably our favorite private dining restaurant in all of Paris. Prepare to be taken on a journey of the senses.
Post luncheon, your private Seat at the Table transport escorts you from Paris into the heart of Champagne, where we take over Château de Courcelles for a three-night stay.
Here, life slows to the rhythm of the vines.
Over the coming days you will experience:
- Private visits to prestigious Champagne houses
- Guided tastings of rare and library vintages
- Vineyard walks with producers
- Long château lunches paired with grower cuvées
- One exceptional signature SATT alfresco log-table dining experience
- Time to enjoy the grounds, the salons, and the stillness
Each day balances structure with space. There is depth for serious collectors and delight for those who simply love great bottles and beautiful places.
