Set in Bligny, in the heart of Champagne Edouard Duval, this guest house is immersed in the landscape that defines the experience. Quiet, intimate, and surrounded by vines, it offers the rare luxury of waking up in Champagne itself, not just passing through it.

There is something deeply appealing about staying on site. No extra noise, no disconnect, no break in atmosphere. Just the calm of the countryside, the beauty of the vineyard setting, and the feeling of being fully inside the world of the event.

For those who want the most direct and immersive Champagne experience, this is it.

Your Experience
Check in from 3pm.

Arrive at your hotel at your own pace and ease into Champagne. Drop your bags, take a moment, and settle into the slower rhythm of the region.

At 5:45pm, your private transfer will collect you and take you down the road to Domaine Sainte Eulalie for Table & Terroir.

As the light begins to soften, you’ll take your place at a long table set among the vines. Champagne poured generously, courses unfolding slowly, the landscape doing most of the work.

An alfresco evening shaped by precision, restraint, and place.

At approximately 11pm, your return transfer departs the Domaine, delivering you comfortably back to your guest-house down the road.

This package is designed for ease and atmosphere. You wake the next morning still in Champagne, vines around you, with Troyes a short drive away if you feel like moving.

Rooms are limited and allocated on a first-come basis.

FAQ

Purchase Policy

Due to the upfront investment we make in our our "Epicurean Adventure" events, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you paid a deposit, and subsequently cancel, this only applies to the deposit. If you’re unable to attend, your booking may be transferred to another guest — simply let us know their details at least 72 hours in advance at reservations (at) seatalatable dot com.

Please note that transferring funds for your seats remains the responsibility of the original purchaser.

The Seat at the Table community is diverse but all share one quality: a natural curiosity and a nose for fun! Fellow discerning lovers of French wine, gastronomy, discourse and adventure! You will be joined by a small hand-picked group of the most “interested and interesting” people you’ll have met in some time!

The "Table"and Ëpicurean Adventures" will be bi-lingual English & French, predominantly in English.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend all guests purchase travel insurance prior to departure.

Cancellations & Refunds

Please note that tickets to our "Epicurean Adventures" are non-refundable. These are once-in-a-lifetime experiences that require substantial upfront planning and investment as soon as you secure your spot.

To confirm your place, a non-refundable reservation fee is required at the time of purchase. For larger value events, the remaining balance is due four months before the tour's start date. If the final payment is not received within two weeks of the due date, your reservation will be cancelled, and your spot will be made available to other guests.

Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you are able to transfer your ticket(s) to someone else. Be sure to let us know.

Force Majeure

The Epicurean Adventure will proceed regardless of weather conditions—rain, hail, or shine. Our experiences are designed to adapt to the elements, ensuring a memorable journey no matter the forecast. However, in the rare event of an Act of God—such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control—that prevents the tour from taking place, we reserve the right to cancel the experience.

In such an instance, guests will be refunded in full for any payments made to Seat at the Table at the time of cancellation. Please note that any additional expenses incurred by guests, such as travel or accommodation costs outside of the tour, are not covered by this refund policy.

We appreciate your understanding and flexibility, as our primary goal is to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants while delivering an exceptional adventure.
