For those of us who want to stay in the old-town heart of the spectacular medieval town of Troyes.
Hôtel de la Poste offers 4-star comfort, ease, and reliability. Recently renovated, with clean, modern rooms and an on-site spa, it does exactly what it needs to do, without complication.
For those who want the ease of being able to walk to the train station in the morning and head back to Paris.
Your Experience
Check in from 3pm.
Arrive into Troyes at your own pace and settle into the heart of the old town. Drop your bags, step outside, and you’re immediately among half-timbered streets, cafés, and quiet squares.
At 5pm, your private transfer will collect you from the hotel and take you out to Domaine Sainte Eulalie for Table & Terroir.
As the sun drops, you’ll take your place at a long table set among the vines. Champagne poured generously, courses unfolding, the landscape doing the rest.
At approximately 11pm, your return transfer departs the Domaine, bringing you back into Troyes for the night.
No driving. No logistics. No compromise on Champagne.
Just Champagne, then back to town.

This package is designed for ease and atmosphere. You wake the next morning still in Champagne, vines around you, with Troyes a short drive away if you feel like moving.

Due to the upfront investment we make in our our "Epicurean Adventure" events, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you paid a deposit, and subsequently cancel, this only applies to the deposit. If you’re unable to attend, your booking may be transferred to another guest — simply let us know their details at least 72 hours in advance at reservations (at) seatalatable dot com.
Please note that transferring funds for your seats remains the responsibility of the original purchaser.

Please note that tickets to our "Epicurean Adventures" are non-refundable. These are once-in-a-lifetime experiences that require substantial upfront planning and investment as soon as you secure your spot.
To confirm your place, a non-refundable reservation fee is required at the time of purchase. For larger value events, the remaining balance is due four months before the tour's start date. If the final payment is not received within two weeks of the due date, your reservation will be cancelled, and your spot will be made available to other guests.

The Epicurean Adventure will proceed regardless of weather conditions—rain, hail, or shine. Our experiences are designed to adapt to the elements, ensuring a memorable journey no matter the forecast. However, in the rare event of an Act of God—such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control—that prevents the tour from taking place, we reserve the right to cancel the experience.
In such an instance, guests will be refunded in full for any payments made to Seat at the Table at the time of cancellation. Please note that any additional expenses incurred by guests, such as travel or accommodation costs outside of the tour, are not covered by this refund policy.
We appreciate your understanding and flexibility, as our primary goal is to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants while delivering an exceptional adventure.
