For those who want the evening to feel effortless from start to finish, our Burgundy hotel package places you just outside Beaune, overlooking open vineyards, with everything seamlessly arranged.

We have secured a limited allocation of Superior Double Rooms at Kyriad Prestige Beaune Le Panorama, a relaxed, vineyard-facing property just ten minutes from Château Armand Heitz.

From the terrace and pool, the vines roll out in front of you. It is quiet, spacious, and distinctly Burgundian without being formal. The setting allows you to settle into the landscape before the evening even begins.

Your Experience

Check in from 3pm.

Arrive in Beaune at your own pace and step straight into Burgundy. Drop your bags, open the windows to vineyard views, and unwind. The hotel’s outdoor pool and terrace offer the perfect setting for a pre-dinner glass of wine in the afternoon sun.

At 5pm, your private transfer will collect you from the hotel and take you directly to Château Armand Heitz in Pommard for the Table & Terroir degustation.

After an immersive alfresco evening of fire-cooked estate meats, multiple paired courses, and wines from the domaine, your return transfer departs the château at approximately 11pm, delivering you comfortably back to the hotel.

No driving. No logistics. No compromise on wine.

This package is designed for ease and atmosphere. You wake up the next morning still surrounded by vines, in the heart of Côte de Beaune wine country, with Beaune’s historic centre just minutes away should you wish to explore further.

Rooms are limited and allocated on a first-come basis.

FAQ

Purchase Policy

Due to the upfront investment we make in our our "Epicurean Adventure" events, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you paid a deposit, and subsequently cancel, this only applies to the deposit. If you’re unable to attend, your booking may be transferred to another guest or in some cases credited to your SATT account — simply let us know their details at least 72 hours in advance at reservations (at) seatalatable dot com.

Please note that transferring funds for your seats remains the responsibility of the original purchaser.

Who Attends

The Seat at the Table community is diverse but all share one quality: a natural curiosity and a nose for fun! Fellow discerning lovers of French wine, gastronomy, discourse and adventure! You will be joined by a small hand-picked group of the most “interested and interesting” people you’ll have met in some time!

The "Table"and Ëpicurean Adventures" will be bi-lingual English & French, predominantly in English.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend all guests purchase travel insurance prior to departure.

Cancellations & Refunds

Please note that tickets to our "Epicurean Adventures" are non-refundable. These are once-in-a-lifetime experiences that require substantial upfront planning and investment as soon as you secure your spot.

To confirm your place, a non-refundable reservation fee is required at the time of purchase. For larger value events, the remaining balance is due three months before the event's start date. If the final payment is not received within two weeks of the due date, your reservation will be cancelled, and your spot will be made available to other guests.

Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you are able to transfer your ticket(s) to someone else. Be sure to let us know.

Force Majeure

The Epicurean Adventure will proceed regardless of weather conditions—rain, hail, or shine. Our experiences are designed to adapt to the elements, ensuring a memorable journey no matter the forecast. However, in the rare event of an Act of God—such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control—that prevents the tour from taking place, we reserve the right to cancel the experience.

In such an instance, guests will be refunded in full for any payments made to Seat at the Table at the time of cancellation. Please note that any additional expenses incurred by guests, such as travel or accommodation costs outside of the tour, are not covered by this refund policy.

We appreciate your understanding and flexibility, as our primary goal is to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants while delivering an exceptional adventure.
