--90% sold-out. Last seats remaining for this one-night only culinary event.--
Welcome to an immersive dining experience like no other. Burgundy. At golden hour.
This summer, Seat at the Table heads to Château Armand Heitz for an extraordinary long-table feast in the heart of one of the world’s great wine regions.
Set directly in the fields before the château, guests will gather for a 4-course dinner celebrating open-fire cooking, exceptional Burgundy wines, and the beauty of communal dining beneath the evening sky.
As the sun drops behind the vines, bottles are opened, fire is lit, and the table comes alive.
One night only.
The Producer
For this edition of Table & Terroir, we partner with Armand Heitz and his remarkable family domaine in Pommard.
Known for his regenerative approach to farming and deep connection to the land, Armand Heitz is part of a new generation shaping the future of Burgundy.
Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy wines from the estate, poured just metres from where they were grown.
Château Armand Heitz is more than a wine estate. It is a living agricultural ecosystem. The vineyards are farmed biodynamically. Vegetables are grown in the estate gardens. Animals are raised on the land. The philosophy is simple and uncompromising: everything begins with the soil.
The Table
As evening settles over the château, guests will gather at a single long table set among the fields of the domaine.
The menu will celebrate the richness of the region through a four-course feast centred around open-fire cooking, seasonal produce, and estate-raised meats, paired throughout with wines from Château Armand Heitz.
An evening of generous food, remarkable wine, and great company beneath the Burgundian sky.
Elegant countryside attire encouraged. A touch of Burgundy red welcomed.
